Some light reading…
How many hours do I need for my event?
Up to 60 Guests - 2 hours (our minimum call out)
Up to 150 Guests - 3 hours
Over 150 Guests - 4 + hours
How many photos will I receive?
It depends on your event. We capture intimate dinners, massive gala’s, corporate conferences to your typical birthday party, it’s almost impossible for us to give clients a set number of photos.
However we believe benchmark guide would be approximately 100 photos per hour.
When will receive our photos?
Step 1. Our standard process involves going through the entire album and flagging our favourite photos, deleting any double ups, closed eyes etc. These hand picked images are then edited and uploaded to an online Gallery.
Step 2. We aim to have this up and online within 7 business days.
Step 3. If any further editing is required by you we are happy to assist - any tweaks, colour changes, crops etc. We will do it all to ensure you are completely satisfied with what you have received.
Terms of Service:
1. We require a $100 Non-refundable booking fee for all events, due at the time our invoice is sent through to you. The full balance is required to have been processed prior to the event, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
2. Once the booking form and deposit has been made to secure a booking, the booking will be deemed ‘locked in’.
3. Any rescheduling of the bookings due to the customer will incur a $100 rebooking fee, noting that we might not be able to accommodate the new schedule.
4. It is the hirer's responsibility to provide a safe, suitable working environment for our staff. We reserve the right to withdraw our services should there be any risk to the personal safety of our staff.
5. The hirer is responsible for any damage caused to any of our equipment caused by any person (except our own staff) at the event. Any relevant repair costs and losses will be the responsibility of the hirer.
